1. Refund Eligibility
To provide clients with an opportunity to review their purchase, refund requests may be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original payment.
After this 3-day period, the applicable service or product is considered non-refundable.
Where work has already commenced during this period, the refund may be subject to the work or resources already provided.
2. Ongoing Services

- Google & Meta Advertising
- Ongoing marketing services
For recurring services, the 3-day refund period applies to the initial payment or applicable new service purchase. Future billing cycles may be cancelled according to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Once the applicable refund period has passed, fees for the active billing period are non-refundable.

Advertising spend is subject to the policies of the respective advertising platform and is not refundable by Black Stone Media once allocated or spent.

Costs incurred on behalf of a client through third-party services, including domains, hosting, software, subscriptions, plugins, advertising platforms, or other external services, are generally non-refundable and subject to the respective provider’s terms.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or client-requested changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
